TERMS OF SERVICE

By creating an account or using REEL OS ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legal agreement between you and REEL OS.

REEL OS is an AI-powered content creation platform that generates hooks, video scripts, storyboards, and content analyses for short-form social media video. The Service uses Anthropic's Claude AI model to generate content based on your inputs and brand profile.

You must create an account to access REEL OS. Accounts are managed through Clerk. You are responsible for: • Providing accurate registration information. • Maintaining the security of your login credentials. • All activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. One person may not maintain more than one free account.

REEL OS offers free and paid subscription plans: • Free plan — limited to 3 hook generations per month with basic features. • Pro plan — unlimited generations, script builder, and all tools at the listed monthly price. • Agency plan — all Pro features plus multiple brand profiles at the listed monthly price. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If a payment fails, your account may be downgraded to the free plan. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

You agree not to use REEL OS to: • Generate or distribute illegal, defamatory, hateful, or harassing content. • Infringe any intellectual property rights. • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the platform. • Circumvent usage limits or access controls. • Use automated tools to access the Service at a rate that degrades performance for other users. • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

The Service generates content using large language models. You acknowledge that: • AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your specific purpose. • You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the suitability of all content you publish. • REEL OS does not guarantee that generated content will achieve specific results (e.g. views, followers, sales). • You own the content you generate using the Service, subject to Anthropic's usage policies.

The REEL OS platform, its design, code, and non-generated content are the intellectual property of REEL OS and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written consent. You retain ownership of your brand profile data and generated outputs. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to process and store your data to deliver the Service.

We aim to keep REEL OS available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend the Service at any time — including changing, removing, or adding features. We will give reasonable advance notice of significant changes where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • REEL OS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold REEL OS harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which REEL OS is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
