REEL OS ("we", "us", or "our") offers subscription-based access to AI-powered content creation tools. This policy explains subscription billing, cancellations, and our no-refund rule. By subscribing to REEL OS, you agree to this policy.
Where a free trial is offered, no payment is taken during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial and the applicable fee is charged.
All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until your subscription is cancelled through the Stripe Billing Portal in Settings.
All payments are final. REEL OS does not offer refunds, partial refunds, prorated refunds, credits, or refunds for unused time after purchase, except where required by applicable law.
Plan upgrades, downgrades, and billing changes are handled through Stripe. Downgrades do not create refunds or credits for the current billing period. If Stripe schedules a downgrade for the next billing period, your current paid access remains active until that period ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe Billing Portal in Settings. Cancelling stops future renewal charges. You retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period, and cancellation does not trigger a refund or credit.
If your account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service, you remain responsible for charges already incurred and are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides statutory refund or cancellation rights, those rights take precedence over this policy.
